The Eaton ISD Business Office records and reports all financial transactions of the organization in the General Education, Special Education, Vocational Education, Capital Projects Funds, and Funded Projects. Financial Services has legal reporting responsibilities and may also be called upon to perform audits by the Michigan Department of Education. Services include:

• Develop and manage budget, cash management, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, general accounting, and grants accounting.
• Ensures compliance with local, state and federal laws, regulations, and reporting.
• Provides fiduciary oversight of the financial resources of Eaton ISD.
• Provides operational support to the local school districts in Eaton County.
