Mission Statement

The mission of the Adult Handicap Program is: To improve the quality of the lives of adults with developmental disabilities* residing in our area by providing regular opportunities for socialization, fellowship, recreation, entertainment and enrichment in a caring atmosphere, that is geared to their special needs.

*Developmentally Disabled

            1. Mentally Impaired.

            2. Speech and/or Language Disorders.

            3. Learning Disabled.

            4. Physically Impaired with one or more of the other Disabilities.

            5. Mildly Emotionally Impaired.
